Communications and Community Relations

Hello and welcome to the Communications and Community Relations Department at Collierville Schools.  We believe it is valuable for our students, families, constituents, and staff to receive clear, concise, and accurate information across Collierville Schools.  Effective communication is a top priority for our department, so that our families and communities can make sound-decisions while maintaining an actively, engaging relationship with Collierville Schools.
You can anticipate receiving communication from Collierville Schools through e-mail, text messaging, automated phone calls, direct flyers, video, and through our social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
If you have any questions or comments about Communications or Community Relations, please contact our Public Information Officer at (901) 861-7000.

Peachjar Branded LogoCollierville Schools wants our families, students and staff to know about the valuable programs and resources in the community.  To facilitate the distribution of this information, approved community organizations can send their flyers home to our dragon families digitally through our newly launched Peachjar virtual platform.

To request flyer approval, follow the steps below.  Collierville Schools will no longer accept paper flyers to be distributed from outside organizations.

  •     Visit peachjar.com
  •     Register as a Program Provider (account type)
  •     Upload your flyer for approval

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office for approval.  Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.  Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.
