Public Comment Procedure

For all Collierville Schools Board of Education Business Meetings, there will be a maximum of 10 public comments allowed during the meeting. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to express their comment. 

 

To speak at the business meeting, visitors are required to fill out the public comment card located at the entrance of the John S. Aitken Community Room at Collierville High School. Speakers are required to return the card at the designated location prior to the start of the meeting for the opportunity to talk.
