Mr. Andy Field began his teaching career in 1989. He began in Shelby County as a Science teacher and football coach at Kirby High School. In 1994 he moved to Germantown High School where he taught Biology and Anatomy and coached football and wrestling. In 2006 Mr. Field moved into administration as an Assistant Principal at Collierville High School.

Mr. Field's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Memphis State University. He then went to Union University where he received a Master of Education degree and an Educational Specialist Degree.
