Please follow the steps below.
Step 1- Device Fee Payment (Grades 5- 12) *After July 1
Students in grades 5-12 must pay a device fee in order to receive a device. The device fee is $50 for one student, $75 for two students, and $100 for three or more students. The maximum fee per family is $100. Only online or cash/check payments will be accepted. Online payments can be made after July 1 through the Online School Payments System. Instructions for how to use OSP to pay the device fee can be accessed below.
Step 2- Device Deployment
Student device deployment will take place on the dates listed below.
High School students-
- 10th-12th grade students may sign up for a deployment session on either August 6 or August 9 (see below and in attachment for links) and come to Collierville High School on their scheduled date to get their device. Please note: Students who do not sign up for a deployment session will be required to schedule a session with Technology Staff as time permits after the school year starts.
- 9th grade students will attend a deployment session during Freshman Frenzy day.
- Devices will be issued to students during the school day. Please look for more information to come with specific dates.
Please follow any further instructions provided with the device at deployment. This includes inspecting the device and accessories and notifying technology of anything damaged or missing. Please send this information via email to email@example.com and include the student’s name and device barcode.
