Device Deployment 2018-2019
Please follow the steps below.
Step 1- Training & Agreement
Prior to students receiving devices, students and parents are required to complete the yearly online training and equipment agreement form. Click here to complete the training/agreement.
Step 2- Device Fee Payment (Grades 5- 12)
Students in grades 5-12 must pay a device fee. The device fee is $50 for the first student, $75 for the second student, and $100 for the third student. The maximum fee per family is $100. Only online or cash/check payments will be accepted. Online payments can be made after July 1 through the Online School Payments System.
Step 3- Device Pick Up
Student device deployment will take place on the dates listed below.
High School students-
Students may come to Collierville High School on the following registration dates to get their device. *Please note: New students who completed InfoSnap registration prior to July 25, pick up at the dates below. If not, student will not pick up at this time. School based technology staff will work with these students to issue and set up their devices when school begins.

Middle School students-
Parents and students (or parents alone) of all grades may come to Collierville High School on the following dates/times below to get their device. *Please note that students new to the district will not pick up at this time. School based technology staff will work with these students to issue and set up their devices when school begins.

|Wednesday, August 8||3-6 PM|
|Thursday, August 9||8-11 AM|
Middle School Students who do not pick up their devices this week will be issued their devices as time permits within the school schedule during the first few weeks of school.
Elementary School students- Grade 5
Devices will be delivered to classrooms for students (no pick up is required) and devices will be sent home nightly this year.
Week of August 13
Elementary School students- Grade 4
Devices will be delivered to classrooms for students (no pick up is required).
Week of August 13
Elementary School students- Grades 3
Devices will be deployed in classrooms for students (no pick up is required).
Week of Sept. 17- more information to come
Step 4- Post Deployment Device
Please follow any further instructions provided with the device at deployment. This includes inspecting the device and accessories and notifying technology of anything damaged or missing. Please send this information via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the student’s name and device barcode.
