ParentSquare

Collierville Schools implemented ParentSquare, a single platform for everything related to our district's mass communication needs, prior to the start of the 2021-22 school year.

ParentSquare is the only fully unified product that engages every family with school communications and communications-based services—all the way from the district office to the classroom teacher.

In order to protect our community, ParentSquare has added password monitoring. Anytime a user enters a password in ParentSquare, such as during sign-in, password reset, or new account registration, they will be alerted if we detect that the password represents a potential security risk. If it does, they will be required to change their password to continue.

We determine this by comparing the password with a public list of passwords included in known security breaches.

Users who access ParentSquare from their SIS portals or Google using Single Sign On (SSO) are not affected since they do not need to enter a password to access ParentSquare.
